How can one start up there own beauty pageant ? are there any websites that can help with that? or books? I am def interested!!

Shouldn't you have a lot of money for this? Try to interest some big companies, they might invest (Miss Coca Cola, or Miss Ford, or something)

depends on whether you want a "modern" online internet pageant, or a "traditional" one.
in case of a traditional one, with an elegant show etc., you need to find sponsores, THEY must have the money, you only need a big and something original idea and a good persuasion that it is worths for them investing in it. :)
