Do you computer folks have something against trees or something? I mean, I'm no dirty hippie or anything, but trees are kind of important.

Trees are too hard to market. You can't easily sell them in stores and make tons of money off of them like you can with chocolate or flowers or cards.
Come to think of it, you'd have to cut down trees to make the cards! I guess it's just not frivolous or shallow or gimmicky enough for most people!

I kinda like Arbor Day. I remember we used to get free trees at school to go plant somewhere. My poor Grandma had tons of little baby douglas firs in her yard.

What is arbor day??! I've never heard of it before, well up until now ......... maybe because it's not so popular i guess .
