Father, no question about it. Becoming a husband is a great time and you are making a commitment to be with someone else forever. But becoming a father is participating in a miracle where a new life comes into the world who is part of you.

Becoming a father is the best ever. Becoming a husband is important, but there is nothing like seeing a life that you helped create come into the world. Absolutely everything else pales in comparison except milestones in that child's life.
My daughters are the absolute best ever and I would rather die than not have them healthy and happy.

I'm already a father, which is a great thing. But I've never been a husband. I would love that opportunity someday. To have the opportunity to share my life and to give my love to a lifelong partner would be the most incredible feeling.

I would say father but what do I know. I think most guys who are in love are thrilled to be a husband but it soon wears off and things are like before only with rings and a slip of paper.

I am a mom and a wife so it the question were switched I would say a mom .They are both very exciting but having a child to look to you for everything whether you are a mom or dad to is the most awesome thing in the world!

My husband and I were discussing this just the other day. He says there was a three way tie for the best day of his life

The days when his two daughters were born and the day when he adopted my daughter.

Our wedding day was a close second.

Getting a homerun in little league with his dad watching was third.
