im tryin 2 have a baby?

can he pre ejaculate inside of a female without him knowin it. can a female feel it when he do it. is it some kind of symptom when he ejaculates inside of her.

just from your question I don't think a baby is what you should be trying for. You sound pretty young or very uneducated if you are over 18. I would think about it.
