What to do if you’ve complaint to council, called the police and they still do not stop.

Continue to complain to the council,and the police. Unfortunately sometimes you have to make a nuisance of yourself before these "officials" decide to listen to you. If your problems are getting serious,involve your local environmental health. You could also involve your local newspaper,television,or local radio.Keep a record of all incidents which occur,times, dates,that sort of thing.Try not to let these people intimidate you into doing/saying anything to get you in trouble.Hope you get your problem sorted out.

I am in a similar situation. I have a Nascar freak that lives behind us. He has parties 5 days a week and his backyard is full of beer cans. I have decided since the police will do nothing, I will start taking matters into my own hands. I have trained the dog to poop in his yard. Not to mention, whenever I see him get into his truck, I call 1-800-grab-dui.
