Whether Human rights commission is there.How should it should be approched.Does it have any suo moto power.?

Because , in houses also either male are female is barred with their rights.Even in my house I have have been questioned what am I thinking is Good.In such a situation is there.I dont find this human rights commission is doing anything favour.When there is humty number of things are happening all over India, in particula in villages.What is this commissions role.
