I've looked at ebay and the range is very wide. Can anyone give me a good average value of a 1991 USA Fender Stratocaster with hard shell case and all original documentation, excellent condition?
Oh yah, it is just a standard strat, not a special edition?

$600 - $800. I would want to play the guitar before I bought one on EBay. You should look locally first. There's always someone who needs to sell a Fender or a Les Paul.

Since the early 90's didn't produce any remarkable instruments and it's fairly recent, I'd say somewhere in the $800 range.

500 to 700 depending on the fret board wood.
But they are available almost everywhere locally as the other guy said!
