All men have it.

Pre-ejaculate (also known as pre-ejaculatory fluid or Cowper's fluid, and colloquially as precum) is the clear fluid that is issued from a man's penis when he is sexually aroused. The fluid is usually secreted by Cowper's glands during arousal, masturbation, foreplay or at an early stage during sex, some time before the man fully reaches orgasm and semen is ejaculated.

Every man does, but it is not necessarily present pre-ejaculation every time. And it also make take different lengths of time to appear, depending on the man or depending on the sex act itself. If it's the sperm-carrying qualities of precum you're concerned with, then don't risk it -- always use protection. If a man is sterile, then there're no worries in regards to pregnancy, though it can still carry STDs.

Yes.. and they can not feel it.. even if they say they can. It happens all the time. Have seen many teens come in and say that he didn't even *** and were pregnant. So do not rely on the pull out method and precum is always there. Good luck.

Yes, but it is actually does not contain sperm. Its sole function is to line the seminiferous tube. It prevents the contamination and possible death of the sperm from urine and other microbials that may attack the live sperm.

I think it is normal for them to have pre-ejaculate but there could be some that don't. I think the majority do. So don't use the pullout method!
