Now it seems that they're all just trying to get laughs and have sex with each other. Is this show suppose to be a comedy or a medical drama? I'm not sure.

I don't know about it becoming a comedy but the story lines have definitely gone down hill lately.

I liked the episode with Meredith's mother having lucid moments.

Last week was definitely not comical. They do have their moments though. I can't say anything about the first two seasons because I haven't seen them.
