Yes! When you can reach that point in a relationship you know it is true love. As we get older, we learn to pick our battles. The little stuff doesn't matter. You get too old or tired to argue over insignificant things.

My husband and I have been compared to my grandparent way to many times and it's starting to scare me. My husband complains 24/7 and I tell him to either get a hobby or shut up!

That's the way it could be...but...everyone thinks that their way is the only way and that you're wrong if you have a different opinion. That's what happened with me and mine. I couldn't say anything that she agreed on...even if someone else told her the exact thing. So I finally just left her to live her own life.

I have found what works for me, I knock my wife down the basement steps once a day, a few bandages and a hug and we are good for the day.
