B. Just go with the flow. Why get angry when there is basically nothing you can do a bout a situation not going your way?
Also, other (D), learn from what the Universe is trying to tell you. Perhaps there is a reason for your not getting what you want at that particular time. This can range from: your cat not coming when you want to someone dying. Each time something doesn't go "your way" there is a lesson to be learned. Maybe you need to be more responsible, kinder, wiser, etc. Search out this answer instead of crying "over spilled milk."

Throw things.... I wouldn't call it a 'temper tantrum' exactly.... I mean once something heavy hits something hard...I can usually move on.

Initially, I get incredibly angry and annoyed - and I rant and rave for a few hours. But then I'm always able to get past it and move on...suddenly, I'm happy again.
