ya...if your lvl 7 you should be in Brill right now. To the south is the Undercity. Right outside of the Undercity there is a platform to the north. Go to the top and make sure you are going to orgrimmar. Once the zeppelin comes, which is a big flying boat, hop on. You will then go to Kalimdor, which is a different continent. Jump off the zeppelin when you get to Kalimor and you will be right by Orgrimmar. From there you can run to Thunder Bluff if you choose. To get to Thunderbluff ask directions from someone in orgrimmar.

just north of undercity and south of brill there is a tower there. go up the tower and 1 of the zepplins will take you to origrimmar.
