Does she have an imaginary friend she's talking to? Or is she having conversations with herself? I don't think there is anything wrong with her unless she is talking about serious issues that would be more mature than she is. Many adults talk to themselves still, so unless she has some odd topic conversations with herself or her "friend", I wouldn't worry about it. Is she in school yet? If it continues when she is in school, don't hesitate to call the school's counselor, as they should have a degree in child development and will be able to tell you if it is something to worry about.

That's pretty normal, most people talk to them-self, it's the only way to get a sensible answer. Stop making such a big thing about it, it could also be a way of getting your attention, even if that attention is negative attention with you telling her off.

most little kids like to babble and play pretend games...sounds pretty normal. maybe arrange more play dates for her so she can interract with her peers and make friends.
