THanks! I tried the pbutter with oats- and before I could get my jacket off, I had a hairy woodpecker and a nuthatch at the feeder- phew!

peanut butter and oatmeal, roll it all togather, to the consistansy you want, put in container and there ya have a meal fit for a wood-pecker

Just made some
2 cups lard or crisco
4 cups NON RISING corn meal
1 cup peanut butter-smooth or chucnky
mix lard and cornmeal together-stir in peanut butter-refridge in brick form
