Can anyone explain to me what mind-games are? Why do people play mind games on people? Im interested, thanx

Mind games are when Someone intellectually or psychologically
manipulates someone or plays with them for their own amusement. And why do they do this? - Because some people like having power over other people. It's a bit like chess, but with real people as the pawns.
And yes I agree with the above noter - Women are pro's at this!
