In my experience it is actions not words that impress a woman.Sure the words help but you have to come up with something that shows thought and effort on your part.Booking a table at a restaurant or preparing a romantic meal shows you have been thinking about her and have been doing some planning and are prepared to make some sacrifices for her.They like surprises too.Make sure you make an effort with your appearance too and don't leave things till the last minute, she will be able to tell.

Yes here's a big hint, don't try to impress anyone, just be yourself and don't wait until Valentines day to show your feelings and love when you can do that everyday of the year.
