I think Florida will repeat. Tebow is good enough. I think they will beat USC in the national title game. I also predict another BCS controversy like the past couple of years (we need a playoff).

It is amazing how often people forget about the past. How often has there been a repeat? Florida will not repeat because they will lose a game in the SEC. There will be undefeated teams this year. For instance, West Virginia well wipe up the Big East as Rutgers reloads and Louisville adjusts to a new coach. USC doesn't have any competition next year unless Notre Dame gives them a scare. Wisconsin will beat Michigan and sweep the rest of the Big Ten. How much respect has Boise State gained. If they go undefeated can they be in the top two? Don't be surprised to see Hawaii go undefeated. I just think the chances of an SEC team making it or Ohio State repeating is next to impossible. My guess for top 5 at the end of the year.

1) USC 12-0
2) Wisconsin 12-0
3) West Virginia 12-0
4) Texas 12-1 (w/ championship game)
5) Boise State 12-0

There's no doubt in my mind the SEC will dominate again next season. After the recruting jobs they did, 5 teams will vie for the SEC title, the same five it has been every season. The Big Ten will lose punch some, but Wisconsin, Michigan, and Ohio State should be decent. Dont look for it this season, but look out for Illinois in the coming years. The PAC-10 seems to be just USC again, no one really coming up to challenge in a could be down year for that conference. Big East should be more of the same with Louisville and WVU, and who know what the other teams will do. The Big 12 needs another year to rebuild itself. It did quite horribly last season. The ACC is in the same boat the Big 12 is in.

Look for an SEC team to take the title next year.

Michigan Has most of its stars returning on the offensive side of the ball. I think Mike Hart needs another healthy season for us to be as effective again. Without Troy Smith, Ohio State is no longer a truly unbeatable team in the Big Ten, and other than OSU there is no other team in the conference that looks like a true contender THIS YEAR. Illinois has a chance with this great recruiting class in a few years time though. For 07 though, I think the OSU game will once again mean a lot for the national title game. However, if a Pac-10 and SEC team Both go undefeated U of M and OSU would need a lot of stylke points to make it up because those two conferences completely outclass the Big-Ten. I mean, Michigan (if it were) in the SEC is just another team fighting to be 7-5 and go to a bowl. Regardless, Michigan will be a contender once again for a BCS bowl, and we may soon have another year of the wolverine. This has been a long ten years.

End of the Year when the smokes clears

1) LSU
2) Texas
3) Florida (Loses twice to LSU: reg season and SEC champ.)
4) Ohio State or Michigan (lost title game)
5) Auburn
6) West Virginia (Who do you play)
7) Ohio State or Michigan ()
8) Louisville (Great Schedule :/)
9) Arkansas (McFadden)
10) USC (Loses bowl game against Ohio State or Michigan )

Boise State is a bad team, for god sakes they struggled with Oklahoma, there is no way they could beat any of the teams listed above

Michigan will have to improve their secondary, imo. Losing Leon Hall from a defense already prone to big plays was big. Morgan Trent won't be the man...you saw him vs osu and usc right? but I'm sure Ron English will do a good job. But still, Manningham and Hart will have to outscore people because of their pass D. I think usc will be good...until sanctions hit them and they will be excluded from the BCS!! haha. And ohio state just lost their qb, wr, and top two receivers, so I guess this is the year michigan beats osu at the big house. It's coming down to florida and michigan...but i wouldn't be surprised if lsu finishes #1 though.

Good news for Michigan is that they get Ohio State at home. Plus, Hart is going to be around and may be a Heisman contender. Bad news is some other Big Ten teams should be in contention such as Wisconsin, Penn State, and Iowa. Running that gauntlet will be almost impossible.

Yes Michigan will be there, but what about my boys at West Virginia! They will have an unbelivable offense next season. And all the D will be back also. I think you need to put them in the top 5 as well.

Michigan will obviously be at the top for no good reason. They will play a bunch of crappy Big 10 teams and make it to a good bowl game where they will get smoked by a good conference.

No thoughts!! I'm still laughing when Michigan fans were crying about not being able to play in the national championship and that they were the real #2...but then, they got their buttz kicked by the Trojans at the Rose Bowl...oh! and even funnier: the Gators upset the Buckeyes...LOL...It was fun!! :)
