I loved Gene Wilder in Charlie'. It's a classic but I think Johnny Depp was excellent to bring it into the modern day. Very brave on his part. Huge shoes to fill.
I liked both versions of Starsky and Hutch.
Usually though it's quiet hard to beat the original

1. Both are equally good. But, if I had to choose, the original.

I prefered Gene Wilders Charlie and the chocolate factory and the Owen Wilson version of Starsky and Hutch

Sorry to say but I haven't seen either version of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, uh sad I guess but not really my type of film.
I loved the original Starsky and Hutch much better than the new one.

Definately definately definately The origianl Charlie and the Chocolate factory. I did enjoy the johnny depp one, it was funny but just didnt do it for me!!!!
Love the new starsky and hutch but havent seen the origianal so cant really comment on the one im afraid. Owen Wilson roscks!!!!!

The charlie and the chocolate factory I have to go with the new one because it actually follows the book more accurately than the older version.
I like the newer Starsky and Hutch too.
