How do I switch the printer option so the printer I use the most is listed first on the list? Sometimes when I just click the printer icon it doesn't print because the computer is looking for the other printer and then I get a backlog of items waiting to print on the wrong printer. HELP!!

Go to Start--Settings--Printers
Right-click on the printer that you want to print to all the time and select 'Set as Default Printer' from the menu.

Select printers and faxes from the start button, control panel, etc.

Click on the printer that you want to be the one that starts first.

Right-click and select default printer from the drop menu.

go to control panel, printers, and open it. Then right click on the printer you want to default to and select it as your default printer. Then click apply. It is done.
