Does using UI mods on WoW slow gameplay down?

I'm thinking of downloading a UI mod for world of warcraft, but I don't want it to make game play any more choppy or increase my latency. Do I need to worry about this? Thanks.

i dont have any problems with my ui i use

pretty much everything from ctmod.net
titan bar
damage meter
used to use auctionneer
