What an idiotic statement- for one Tony Blair was born in Scotland and he is to be BRITISH Prime Minister thus does it matter if he is English or Scottish, as long as he is British!!!
Do you hear Scottish people ruling out an English individual serving as Prime Minister!! If you distrust Gordon Brown it has nothing to do with his nationality rather his individuality!!!!! Ignoramous!!!

Well our current Prime Minister is Scottish ( Born in Edinburgh )!!!! Just because you don't like Gordon Brown don't use his nationality as the reason.

Fair enough, but I don't like David Cameron either - or the Tories for that matter. They seem to think that they can go about criticising other people's policies without having policies of their own.
Not that I'm terribly fond of Brown.
But then again, there's Menzies Campbell.. oh, he's Scottish too... hmmm...

i have considered a programme on the BBC about a Scottish city finished of pleasant black, asian, and/or disabled those who positioned on brightly colored jumpsuits and sing plenty. yet i do not necesarily trust it truly is representative of the packed with Scotland. purely because Blair and Brown tousled the country, it does no longer advise that we are able to brush aside the subsequent ability properly minister purely because he or she rates Rabbie Burns.
