For a sinus headache I put a hot wash cloth (as hot as I can stand) over my eyes and nose and cheek area. When it cools off I run it under hot water and repeat the process several times. It seems to help release some of the sinus pressure. You can also apply lavender oil (essential oil) to the temples and massage the area for several minutes, rubbing the oil in.

For colds, you can take lots of vitamin C and eat chicken noodle soup or hot broths, drink lots of fluids, and get lots of rest.

Cramps- use a heating pad. Alternate between putting it on your low back and abdominal area.

Head aches: take aspirin... real actual aspirin is acetylsalicylic acid and originally found in the green inner bark of the willow tree. the standard aspirin tablet is just a purified form... Also, take the aspirin with coffee or a high caffeine tea and the caffeine ads a super boost to the aspirin.

Cramps: I'm guessing you mean menstrual cramps. Check out your local health food/ wholefoods/organic store. There is a brand of homeopathic medicines called Boericke and Tafel, Inc. the Mag. phos. 30C (or 30 C of Magnesium Phosphate) when taken as directed will fix up the pains and aches of cramps and even that sorness that sometimes is left after the cramp subsides.
There's a brand of tea called Traditional Medicinals (you can also find them and order on the web http://www.traditionalmedicinals.com/) they have all kinds of remedies... including the next one I would HIGHLY recommend: their Gypsy Cold Care tea... I use it for myself and my family every time we have a cold.

Anything else I can help you with?

Fresh cherries. They have something in them that acts as a natural pain killer. You have to eat 6 or so but they do work. Ice packs work for headaches and heating pads for cramps.

For like 3 years now my children and i have been doing this mixture for heartburn, flu, colds, headaches from sugar..etc It either kicks out the flu & cold bug, or it just cause the body to become more alkaline not acidic. Any time the body is too acidic, then it is like the perfect atmosphere for bad germs, and sickness and deseases and cancers to grow in. Sort of like mold, it like certain atmospheres, but should you alter it, it wont grow so fast or it will die off. WE HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR A FEW YEARS- AND WE NEVER NEVER KEEP A FLU FOR MORE THAN A FEW HOURS, AT THE WORST ONE DAY-IF A BADDDDD FLU BUG:
1 TBLSP of RAW UNFILTERED APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, 1-2 TBLSP OF HONEY, 1-2 TBLSP OF PURE LEMON JUICE-REAL LEMON-
MIX IN TO 1CUP OF GOOD WATER (NO TO THE TAP WATER HAS CHLORINE=NOT GOOD FOR YOU ANYWAY)
LET THIS MIXTURE SIT FOR LIKE 20 MIN. JUST SO YOU DONT TASTE THE APPLE CIDER VINEGAR.
SHOULD TASTE LIKE JUICE.
Many people come around us with their flus and colds, and dont tell you till after they are all close...yuck!!... but this is a seriously great help!!!!!!! you must try for self. We always recover or ward off theses sicknesses while others are stuck in bed for weeks. I sware i could make a commercial for this...probably did.
;) Haver God-made foods more than man-made processed, chemically infused, etc type foods... plus that mixture i just told you of, & watch...good health to you ;)

rubb nicotine ( cigarette-tobacco ) on a bee-sting, and it will ease the pain and help reduce swelling.
