Better than what we have now. Withdraw troops by December of this year and redeploy and send the ones home who have been there the longest.
Then Iraq will have to deal with everything themselves and stand on their own two feet. We can be there for advice, but that't about it.
This country is depending on the U.S. to police their country and enforce laws for them. It can't be done. Even if they wind up killing themselves, ultimately their new democracy that Bush thought he was so smart in setting up, will fail anyway. But they have to be in charge and responsible, not us.
