Ummmm, first of all your pastor is a moron. Here are the reason's you should hate bush. He has absolutely no concern about the envrionment, he couldnt give a care if global warming is happening or not. He has us in a very unpopular war that is taking longer than WWII and there is still no end in sight. He is completely ignoring the advice of congress. He keeps on pushing the troop surge when everybody is telling him its a bad idea. He is extremely homophobic. I mean, come on, pushing for an amendment for gay marriage, how silly is that. Because all queers are destroying the moral fabric of society (btw sarcasm). Bush only tries to justify his actions by hiding under his "faith." He's not being a good christian, he's being a good POLITICIAN. Keep in mind who the majority that elected him was the Christian Community. So in a sense he has to keep them happy.

Like a majority of Liberals in this country I am a Christian. I could care less what Bush's religious beliefs are. It's his actions I oppose and I oppose them because I am a Christian not in spite of it. Do I understand your question, Bush has good Christian values? I think that Bush is trying to have it both ways, telling everyone he is Christian and not having to act like one. Ask yourself friend, would Jesus do all the things Bush has? Would he lie to the public, would he bomb people, would he put our young people in harms way for profits? If Jesus were running the show how would he treat the poor, the sick and how would he treat other countries?

Do you ride the short bus? The president is an idiot and would be even if he was not a christian. It is obvious the man does not have a mind of his own. He can't even read his own speeches. Is WAR a part of your president's moral values too? How moral is that, or how christian is that to kill people? Do you think your god agrees with war since you know all about these morals and things?

Most definitely!!!! Being a "Christian" is no excuse for being stupid. Moreover, there are a heck of a lot of Christian liberals out there. In fact, you might be interested to know that most politicians who tout being a "Christian" are just in it for the election. Pres. Bush is a really good example of just that. He knew where the $$$ was at the moment. Instead of asking your pastor, go to some intellectual sources - study Political Science and find out the facts for yourself. It's all about image, image, image - what the people want at the moment. Be smart about politics. You'll be a better citizen for it.

George Bush is a member in great standing with the Skulls and Bones. He can NOT be a Christian AND a member of that group. Too bad you and your preacher don't know that. The Skulls and Bones are evil...and you can not serve two Gods. Bush does not worship the same God as I do. That is what is wrong with the churches of today...they are truly ignorant(lack of knowledge) of the reality of what goes on in politics. Please pass this important information along to your pastor, OK?

I am a Liberal and I am a Christian. How dare you or your pastor claim to be Christian and pratice that kind of Judgement on me or anyone else. You and your pastor may be Christians but you certainly seem to be forgetting the teachings of christ concerning judgement of others. There is no way you can claim your judgement on me is in anyway Christ like.
I do not hae President Bush or anyone else. I disagree strongly with his actions in the Middle East and his attempts to erode our civil rights here in this country. I also have a serious problem with the debt he is piling up that my children will eventually be responsible for.
When you have developed an understanding of Christianity which includes Christs words on judging others let me know. Then I will explain to you in detail my moral values.

Dislike him, yes--I don't hate anyone.
But my objection to Bush is not that he's a "good Christian"--but that he--and the rest of the extreme religious right--are in fact NOT good Christians.
They have substituted their political ideology for what Christ taught--and what they--and Bush--say and do does not follow Christ's teachings. And that is why Bush is disliked--especially by the majority of American Christians who are NOT part of that extreme right.

So are saying that the people who want to save all our soldiers lives have no moral values? Doesn't the bible say thou shall not kill, and love they enemy? I'm pretty sure that someone who does the exact opposite of both have very little moral values.

Besides being a Jack Christian, his attempts to establish an American executive droit de seigneur scheme via signing declarations is an absolute sin against God and man.
All bush believers will be consigned to eternal fire.
