The sun does not create volts of electricity. It brakes down hydrogen to helium and in the process gives off heat. You can calculate the heat in the form of Jules, calories, BTU. All of these would be great numbers per second.
We can use the suns rays to create electricity, but the sun does not creat electricity.

today .Scientists are studying those refractors each one counts
