I'm doing a cambelt change and need to know the settings.Please help.It be mighty expensive if I mess it up.

goto autodata and buy the book tells you all marks and how to do the job.why not make your own marks with tippex to be sure you can t go wrong i ve often done this in the past with no problems

There are three marks on the main pulley, and the middle one represents TDC. The corresponding mark is a fork-shaped recess on the timing cover right above the main pulley.
In the upper end, there are 2 marks on camshaft sproket(s) that have to be aligned to the top head surface. It's a reasonably straight-forward process but if you do it wrong, you will damage the valves. I still suggest you get a manual at a library.

one of the timing marks is on the flywheel ,remove the rubber bung on the front of the gearbox bell housing and the other two marks on the camshaft front bearing caps in the form of two holes that aglin with holes in the camshafts you have to remove cam cover to gain acess to these and belt.note this engine runs anti-clockwise
