No, she's always been a girl. You can catch her early days on the Mickey Mouse Club where she's obviously a little girl.
However, she is a prima donna and a huge pain in the butt. I was on set for a photo shoot for one of her album covers, and she sat in her trailer for hours, refusing to come out. When she finally did, the sun had nearly gone down and the lighting was wrong for the shoot. They had to scrap the day and waste a lot of time and money because this little tramp couldn't be bothered to act like a professional.

I don't think so. From any angle she doesn't show masculine features.
And even if she used to be, who bothers about that, when she looked so appealing in people eyes, which binded them to think any further about her.
