Don't worry, everything will be fine, just stop drinking and doing drugs. I think every mother does something they shouldn't before they knew they were pregnant.

here is some real info hope this helps yah ;)
When you are four weeks pregnant, you have just gotten to the stage where you have missed your period. Many women are unaware that they are pregnant until this stage, and they take many medications and drink and smoke. Fortunately, nature has it arranged that nothing gets to the baby until about two weeks after ovulation, around the time of the missed period. So, the drinking that you did will not have affected your baby. Furthermore, there is no evidence that a single episode of binge drinking before you find out you're pregnant has any effect on the pregnancy. Remember, though, that medical science has not been able to pinpoint a safe level of alcohol intake during pregnancy, and therefore you should not drink from the time your pregnancy test is positive until your baby is born (or even after that, if you're breastfeeding). At the very least, limit your intake to the very occasional glass of wine, and only after you've completed the first trimester.
Cigarette smoking has been associated with difficulty conceiving in both the male and the female. But a few cigarettes early on will not harm the pregnancy. That said, you should definitely stop smoking before pregnancy, or as soon as you find out you're pregnant. Also, avoid being around people who are smoking (secondhand smoke). Pregnancy is a time to get healthy.
good luck with everything

doesnt matter how long you and your partner have been together.. as long as you want your baby!! thats all that matters, and if he says he wants it.. hell thats better then some guys.. some guys freak out and dont know what to do!! at 7 weeks your babies facial features are starting to form. Arms, legs, hands, and feet are taking shape.. but you have to stop drinking and doing drugs now!! chances are your okay, and the baby is fine!! when you go to the Dr. be totally honest with him/her!! A Dr. wont judge you and they will give you the best advice. If you keep drinking and doing drugs you can realy hurt this baby!! Imagine raising a beautiful healthy active child....
now imagine raising a child with a birth defect, or mental issues, or health problems... your life will be harder because a baby is a life long commitment!!

In the very beginning of all my pregnancies I had been drunk and possibly had taken some drugs too. As a married woman who confided this with my doctor they always reassured me that if I stopped risky behavior as soon as I knew I was pregnant the chances the baby would be healthy were very high. Just take care of yourself from this moment on and talk to your doctor about your concerns. There is always a chance something could go wrong even if you were taking great care of yourself. I've had three miscarriages while trying for a baby and being really really careful about everything I did. So don't stress and see your doctor soon. Good Luck!!

many women smoke, drink or take drugs before they know they're pregnant. What's important is what you do after you know.
As long as you cut out drink, fags and drugs right now chances are very high that everything will be fine. There are no guarantees in pregnancy so all you can do now is do your best.
take folic acid
go to your local chemist and get a pro natal multi vitamin
eat sensibly
rest plenty
generally look after yourself and you and your baby should be just fine.
However, if you have serious doubts you should go and see your GP. They will be able to help ease your concerns or at least give you all your options.
Lots of luck
p.s It's normal to worry. It shows that you care about your baby.

Of course it will harm the baby. If you stop now, it will definately help, but you should speak to your doctor. Abnormalities will show up in pre-natal testing, but you need to wait longer to find out. At about 15 weeks you would have an AFP test which tests for a few different things, including Downs...
There are other factors to..like how much how often have you drank, have you gotten drunk? And what kind of drugs...
good luck

You should hopefully be fine, do not take any more drugs or drink again! Nearly every mother has had a drink or too beofre she finds out she is pregnant, but if you are very worried go to your doctors and have a chat, I'm sure they will put your mind at rest about everything!
Congrats!

i wouldn't worry babies are very resilient I had a car accident while pregnant and the baby was fine and is now 12 years old...., chances are you won't have done any harm you should be due for a scan very soon where they will be able to show you the baby and reassure you that all is well, stop worrying and congratulations

It will harm your baby if you continue to drink alcohol and take drugs.
Go and discuss this with your GP and midwife who will be able to get you any help you may need if you are addicted to drugs.
