Much as I hate to admit it (I am English), I would not look further than Australia.

Since cricket is a game of uncertainties, nothing can be predicted for sure about the outcome of a tournament well in advance.
The only safe prediction one can make at this stage that all the top 8 teams stand a chance to win the world cup.
