"Why are you following?! I need some freaking space, and you're right there crowding it! Get away from me!"
If you feel bad about that afterwards, say that you were having a bad day and ask if she can give you space if that happens again.

Why would you want ot hate her? Has she done something so wrong that you feel you need to hate? Are you in a situation where you have to be with her 24 hours a day?.Hating is not good.Think about this, its a big world out there you may not have a friendship but to hate is not the best thing.

Sounds kind of like something that would go on in grade school. How old are you? 9? Grow up, and learn how to get along with people. Quite fighting like a bunch of kids!
