Grant Fuller is happily single and has been a paramedic for five years. His work partner for the past three years has been Eve Bleakly. Eve is married to a Garage Collector or Sanitation Technician as her husband calls it, and they have three small children. They have just received a call for medical assistance from the New Line Movie Lot in the Hollywood hills. ETA is estimated to be 6 minutes.

Upon arrival, a man in a golf chart meets them at the front gate and instructs them to follow him. They go up the winding hills and find they are on a western set. The smell of horses and hay fills their nostrils. Sitting on a bale of hay is Jaclyn St. Reno the new, up and coming Singer/Actress/Model who is desired by most men in America. She is single, rich, and beautiful. Currently, she is holding a towel to her forehead that is covered in blood. She looks up as the paramedics approach and smiles. Grant felt an undeniable attraction but shook it off quickly. Eve on the other hand was having an OMG moment and was grinning like a fool.

One of the Actors, Spencer Brown came up to Jaclyn to see if she was okay. He sat next to her and was stroking her arm while he softly spoke with her. Spencer was tall and slender and looked like he had weathered some storms in his life. I’d be willing to guess his age was over 50, but it was hard to tell because of his skin had a lot of lines in it from being outdoors a lot. He wasn’t really handsome, but he wasn’t ugly either. Watching them interact, it was obviously that there was something going on between the two actors, much more than friendship.

Grant leaned down and removed the towel so that he could look at the wound. He discovered a very deep gash two inches above Jaclyn’s right eye. The gash was too deep to treat and release the patient so he suggested transporting her to the local hospital for treatment.

At this time, the Producer can running up and started ranting about the costs this would incur and wanted to put a band aid on it instead. He even went on to say he had the perfect hat that they could hid the band aid under. “Wait a minute…I need to bypass your ego” Grant said to the Producer. “This woman needs medical attention NOW!” Spencer told me that Eve fell off of a horse and hit her head on the dirty trail. The wound needs to be cleaned out, maybe some antibiotics and a Plastic Surgeon to bring the skin together without leaving a scar. She also needs to be monitored for signs of a concussion.

The sound of thunder brought them all back to reality. Because the film crew was high in the winding hills, a thunderstorm with rain would certainly hamper the trip down the hill. Eve was lifted onto the stretcher and placed in the back of the Paramedic ambulance. Spencer was getting in the back with Jaclyn when Eve told him he was not allowed. “What do you mean?” he asked. “We are destined to be together as she is my wife”. With that, Jaclyn smiled and took Spencer’s hand, but the jaws of almost everyone else within hearing distance dropped like a ton of bricks. Here was one of Hollywood’s most beautiful people allegedly married to Spenser Brown – who would have thought and how in the world did they keep it a secret? I hear Spencer is a terrific guy with great esteem; I would be willing to bet anyone this is what attracted Jaclyn to him in the first place. It will be interesting to see if the tabloids pick up this nifty bit of information. I know one thing; they are not going to hear it from me.

The warm,gentle rain suddenly turned into a thunderstorm and while walking , trying to figure out why I had this undeniable attraction to you and thinking we were just destined to be together... there you stood in the shadows of a dimmed doorway with another girl. Totally heartbroken with no self esteem left, I turned around and went back home.The rain continued.

Two days later, there you were again ready to pass by me with that same girl walking hand in hand.I'm sure neither one of you saw the big city bus approaching and all of a sudden I had an OMG moment realizing if I just wait a sec...I need to bypass your ego and I did just that when the bus bypassed the two of you drenching you both!! You both stood there looking at me while I could only laugh...you both looked so surprised and humiliated...Such sweet revenge!!
