It's not pregnant,it's just an aggressive hog that eats most of the food. It is getting fat while the other is not eating as much.
Loaches, like catfish, are bottom dwellers and nocturnal feeders. They will "cuddle even if you have many. Try feeding a little sinking food after lights out. They don't get pregnant, they lay eggs, and don't breed in a small tank.

Khuli loaches are a very difficult fish to breed. you will notice that the female prior to breeding will develop almost a purple belly indicating it is gravid with eggs. they do lay their eggs in 'tubes' so that may work and cuddling is is encouraged (but not indicative of actual breeding) but good luck anyway

khuli loaches are egg layers, so she wouldn't get "pregnant".
is she getting lethargic as well as being big?

being bloated, lethergic and losing colour is generally not a good sign. i would be more concerned that she may be constipated or have some kind of problem along those lines. or if she is eggy, be egg bound, thats always a possibility. is she eating? if so, can you get any cooked de-shelled pea in her (and no other food) and watch and see if she poops properly?

when I had mine, one had a kinda shiny rainbow strip down her side and got really fat. Later her belly looked like it had little black beads in it.
I never saw the babies, make sure to keep all other fish away.
Good luck! ^_^
