I am having the same problem-but this is how I've been working on it-whever you have an opportunity to stretch, and there are many, even at a desk., do a yoga strecth where you clasp your hands behind your back, and then stretch your arms behind you, lifting your chest away from your hips, and letting your shoulder blades relax (envision them sliding down your back) keep breathing, and hold it for minute or two. hope this helps

you dont have to make sitting up straight a chore, I used to slouch all the time. Just sit all the way back in the chair and lean aginist the back surrport, thats what the back surrport if for. just get yourself in the habit off sitting all the way back in the chair, its real simple.

There is no way to do it without thinking about it, in time it will just come to you but for a while you are going to have to remember. Just shoulders slightly back and chest slightly out.

You have to be concious about it. Catch yourself slouching and stop. The more you do it the more it will become automatic.

Get yourself a weight lifting belt, and wear it under your clothes. It will force you to keep your back straight.

lean on the back of the chair you are sitting on and keep your shoulders back. That way you won't be straining.
