Sounds like you have some spyware trojans lurking in there. Not a problem really.
My sugestion is to do a search for Spybot S&D (Search and destroy). Its free and easy to use. Without getting rid of the spy programs, the pop ups will always continue.
Run Spybot S&D and kiss those spyware dudes goodby.

Good Luck

You have been suckered. I'm sorry. There is no easy way to say it.

SystemDoctor 2006 is a rogue anti-spyware application that gets installed by Spyware/malware without asking for permission. This infection can also be accompanied by other malware that changes your desktop background to a fake warning or by Trojans that issue fake taskbar security alerts. These are all used as a scare tactic to have you purchase their commercial software. A screenshot of this program can be seen below.

When I googled the term "system doctor" all kinds of sites came up about how to remove it...like that program itself was some kind of malware/spyware. It doesn't appear to be any good to me. You would be better off getting rid of it and going with AVG for antivirus and Ad-Aware or Spybot for spyware scanning.

Try installing Ad aware SE by Lavasoft on your computer and running it. That will help get rid of spyware. Its free and I have used it for years. I also use Avast virus scanner which is also free. Good luck.

not sure how good system doctor is, used to be crapware, but sounds like spyware or malware instead of a virus.

Sorry pal but SYSTEM DOCTOR is malware!
you will need to use 'spybot search and destroy' to remove it.
Spybot is to be found - free- at http://www.spybot.info/en/mirrors/index.html
you could also use
http://www.download.com/3000-8022_4-10399602.html
as well. They will both get rid of malware easily for you.
Use them both regularly and you will be adequately protected!

Do use them!
