i really like this girl and well i just wanna be friends with her she is my crush but im only 13 and shes 12 so i think were too young to become girlfriend and boyfriend and that is why i just want to befriend her. shes very cute and lovable and has an outgoing personality....shes not too smart....not to brag but im a smarty pants perfectionist type.....but thats just my outer image. she used to be my friend when we were 9 years old but she found new friends and moved on....i really want to be her friend again...how can i make this possible? i was never mean to her though....

You sound a lot more mature than a 13 year old boy..
but you're still too young to worry about this stuff..
Be friends, and be happy, and enjoy the time you're around her..and stop fretting about boyfriend and girlfriend labels

Personally, i agree. You sound alot older and mature than a 13 yr. old. I think you should wait for while and let your friendship progress and make it last, then later on if you still have feelings for her, then maybe tell her. I believe a relationship builds on a friendship, and i dont think you should block out all "love" feelings for her.

why do you think you are too young to become girlfriend and boyfriend? i had my first boyfriend when i was 9!!!! if you really like her... tell her... love hasn't got age!!! I'm sorry if there are mistakes, but i'm Italian and i don't know English very well...

In class just ask her "How are you?". It will build communication. And your right, your too young to be dating right now, very smart kid!
Also, you may be smarter, but dont ever say that to her! and Dont ever make her feel she is stupid.

go out with some friends and invite her for pizza or a movie

just talk to her. one year is not to young for any one. aslk her out. god i think that she likes you but never thnks to ask you if you like her back, or she is to scared to ask.
