I have a 3 year old GE stovetop with 4 burners. The electrode only pops when I use one of the burner knobs. HOwever, using this one knob you can see a spark at each of the 4 burners. When I turn any of the other three knobs, all I get is gas. So I can use all 4 burners, but can only light all four burners by using the same knob which is not safe or convenient. Clearly it's not an electrode issue. I Took the cooktop off and tried to get to the wiring but there's no way to get into the electrical components. Any advice? The stovetop was $400 and I'm not going to call a repair man that will probably charge me close to that to fix a problem I should be able to fix on my own. Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Scott

I did sent them a question about 3 weeks ago and heard nothing. AT that point I called GE customer support. They told me their "ask a question online" option had been removed. I told her, it's still on your site and she just told me they forgot to take it down. They would not give me tech support ont he phone because they said they do not want me trying to fix it on my own. It poses a liability issue. I told her it's a damm 3 year old and very simple product and I refuse to call out tech support for something I should be able to fix on my own if someone walks me through the issue. What a scam!
