Do they come out once a month or more than that?

None of the above answers are correct. It is a bi-weekly magazine--it is sent out every two weeks. Therefore, you receive 26 issues in a year!!! (If it were monthly or twice a month, the most issues you would receive would be 24!!)
But, don't just take my word for it, go to www.rollingstone.com or any on line discount magazine subscription place--for example www.magazines.com
