I was told it's unprofessional to wear a Mickey Mouse Watch. I have a gold Seiko watch.

Oh blah :) Everybody needs a little fun in their life. If you ask me, cartoon character watches should be a reqirement, lol.
I'm 22, and I wear a Tinkerbell watch. It's even pink. :D

I don't, but my Mom (67) has worn one as long as I can remember. She is a successful woman with her own business. I hardly think it is unprofessional. But I guess it would be up to your employer.
However, if it doesn't specifically say in your companies dress code that you CAN'T wear a Mickey Mouse watch, they can't tell you not to.

I wear one everyday and I'm almost 33. Its a nice one too and I also own a Citizen Mickey Mouse watch I wear on special occasions.
