I'm new at this one high school and ive been going there for about 4 weeks now. Everything has been going okay. Until this one girl started talking to me in my 3rd hour. And she lives right by me and I asked her dont you live my the street marlene and she said yeah and she said are you stalking me and i said know and which was the honest to god truth. Her friend told me and i was just wondering because i wanted someone to hang out with. Anyways she told her boyfriend that I was stalking her which was a LIE!!! and after school when i was walking back to my house he said im gonna beat your a$$ you little punk. And hes huge!!! and i dont know what to do i didnt even do anything i dont deserve this.

okay daniel, first you need to be honest with yourself and ask yourself if there was maybe something you could have done to make her feel like you were stalking her. the only reason i say this is because her friend even told her that you were just looking for someone to hang out with. then you need to NOT talk to this psychotic, looking for attention, nightmare, going to get you in trouble kind of girl again. then you need to get this so called tough guy alone and have an aduli like conversation with him. let him know that all you did was say to her don't you live on ______ street and she thought you were stalking her. let him know that this hole thing is being blown out of porportionand you don't think two men should be wasting their time on this stupid thing. if things are going smooth and you feel like he understands what happened then you may want to run by him that little girls like this are the kind that scream rape when there wasn't any rape to begin with. basically they are the ones that will get you in a lot of serious trouble. if things don't get better after that then you may have to face the fact that there will be a day you are going to get in a fight. just remember if he's big then he's more than likely slower than you. seriously daniel if i can go way back to my high school years i would pay more attention to my education and NOT what was going on around me. Stand up for yourself. No, I'm not kidding.
First, you gotta be more assertive in dealing with other kids and getting to know more kids at school. Spread the word out about who you are and find out what's going on. Go to some dances, some games, some concerts, and whatever else. Make light-hearted jokes in class, get together in study groups, and find out what people are doing on the weekends so you can get together and chill.
Over this girl and her bf, the girl's just being an @$$ instigating you and garnishing her bf's attention. DO NOT ask him kindly to back down. Sometimes in life you have to show some pride and tell people that they need to knock it off. This girl is being a jerk, so ignore her. If her bf approaches you, tell him confidently that you don't even know them and that she was the one who started calling you names. Look him in the eye and show him that you're willing to defend yourself.
Sorry kid, but life and the world aren't anymore perfect than the people we have to deal with.

Dont walk the same route home! Take another route and tell her boyfriend "Im sorry man, I didnt mean to offend you, I just noticed when i was walking home that your girlfriend lived by me". Just reassure him that you arent stalking her, and that if it makes it more comfortable for him, that you are willing to never speak to her again.
