My 2000 Chev. S-10 keeps blowing out its drivers side headlight.
The daytime light is ok but the nighttime lamp keeps blowing...any ideas?

I'd guess BOTH filaments high and low beam are working at the same time and it's getting too hot.

i own a shop,and you need to check for a loose or bad ground,this causes them to burn too hot when the ground is bad,i own a 95 model and it done this ,i found a ground wire for the passengers side bad on it,since then i haven't blown any more lights,good luck with it,i hope this help,s.
