My favourite is the Yorkshire accent or somewhere like Bolton or Wigan - a proper ripe northern accent - like Peter Kaye!! brilliant!!

the worst and most annoying for me - LIVERPOOL!!!!!!!! ohhhhhhh my word - nothing more annoying than a liverpudlian accent - somehow though its the womans liverpudlian accent that is so much worse!!

anyone that thumbs me down is surely from Liverpool!!!

I live in Manchester, so naturally, hate the Manc accent with a passion. I think Welsh is best, definitely the funniest, but the Northern Ireland accent makes me giggle too. Any accent with those funny stress patterns is entertaining. West Country accents are quite good too. I have a really ugly Cockney accent, so they're not much fun either, hardly any stress pattern at all!!

I like Norfolk accents, but (sorry) I really can't get on with some Birmingham or Scouse accents. The people are lovely just find the way they speak annoying.

Hey Grace totally agree female scouse is worse - when Abi Clancey spoke in Britains next top model I had to mute the TV.

Scouse is the worst, closely followed by Essex. Also the 'street' type accent kids in cities are using is horrible. Don't much like Newport, Cardiff or the Valleys accents either. Irish and Scottish are nice, but I think I prefer just 'Southern' - no accent at all (not posh, just plain).

Scousers... the main aggravating accessory going and that all of them think of they are bloody hilarious. i've got worked with a minimum of fifteen via the years and that all of them think of they are the funniest difficulty interior the international. All people who like or dislike the 'Scottish' accessory, would you care to narrow it down a sprint? i'm from the northwest Highlands. I sound no longer something like my fiance, who comes from Kintyre, and not something like all people in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Perth, Dundee or Aberdeen. announcing you do no longer in trouble-free terms like the Scottish accessory is precisely the comparable as announcing you do in comparison to all accents between Birmingham and everywhere south of it. There are quite some diverse accents in an area that length, and Scotland is not any diverse. by the type, Geordies are sound. high quality accessory. Howay the Toon! sturdy success interior the stadium of Plight.

Birmingham (by far the worst, they always sound thick, even when educated), Liverpool, and Cornish are my pet hates, Mancs and Geordies the best. Although I do love a rich Scots accent too,

The best is the Teeside accent (not Geordie) - The worse is either Brummie or South West, bumpkin kind of Area (Yorkshire myself)

I like the really strong accents like Geordie or Scouse. Birmingham is good to listen to as well.

I don't like the posh, snobby, upper-class accent. That's the voice of privilege.

The Northern Irish is the best. I hate the scouse accent on girls!
