I am trying to figure out the show hannah montana?? my 8 yr old daughter will not tell me...From what i see...it looks like hannah montana plays 2 people...the brunette and herself...how old is she anyways?? I want to make sure my daughter is watching a good show

Hannah is Miley a regular girl with brown hair who lives with her brother and dad. Dad is a former singer who was big but left to be with his kids. Mom is dead. He manages Miley's singing career.
When Miley is onstage she goes by the name Hannah Montana, she wears a blonde wig. This is so she can live a normal life, go to public school and not be mobbed everywhere.
It is a cute show for the most part my 9 yr loves it.

It is about a girl who is also a pop star. She hides the fact that she is Hannah Montana from mostly everyone at her school b/c she wants to live a normal life. She wears the blonde wig when she is Hannah Montana. Hannah/Miley is played by Miley Cyrus (Billy Ray Cyrus' daughter) and Billy Ray Cyrus plays her father.
My daughter watches it because she likes watching Hannah Montana perform.

hannah montana is actually miley stewart on the show.miley leads two different lives in the show.one as hannah montana (the popular pop sensation that all the teenagers love) and miley stewart (the not so popular high school student.miley tries to keep her pop fame life away from everybody but her family and closest friends.

i dont think that you should worry about hannah montana because it is on the disney channel and those shows are ok for younger kids

She goes around as a popular girl singer ( a blonde), but her identity is not known to everyone. She told one classmate, but he has to keep it a secret. And the show is ok for kids to watch. There is nothing wrong with it.
