I am sick. My stomach is killing me, and I feel like I may possibly throw up. I feel terrible. My mom and dad are also sick and my brother was sick on the weekend. Is there something I can do for relief?

REST is about the only and best thing you could do.
It's something that's going around every where (in my family too) and it what ever IT is just seems to take its course, and be gone.
I know it sucks, but really there’s nothing you can do.

I suggest that you stay home from school/work and stay in bed the whole day. Don't move around to much, and don't do any thing you don't have too. The more time your body has to recover, the less time it will take for you to start feeling better.
I was always told that your body recovers better when you're sleeping. Reason is because you're letting your body do what it does best. You have no control of any thing, and it can do its magic.

Rest up today and maybe even tomorrow if needed.
Good luck!

Take Tylenol as it says on the bottle, drink LOTS of water and LOTS of chiken broth and eat about 2-3 cloves (the smaller sections) of garlic every day with a full glass of water !
Garlic is great, fast-working, ALL-Natural antibiotic...and cheap, too !
Here where I live (southwest Missouri) it only costs a few cents per pound! $1.00 buys like 6 whole garlics here.

crackers and maybe 7 up, or jello just to have something in your stomach. But rest a lot and drink water too, so you wont dehydrate. It's just a common stomach virus, it usually takes 3 days to get over that.

I would eat something so that you have something in your stomach. Maybe a little water and some crackers or dry toast. Stay in bed and relax, try to sleep. I hope that you feel better soon.

Throw up, get it over with, you'll probably feel better afterwards. Avoid eating anything for 24 hours but make sure you stay hydrated. Rest, you'll be fine in a day or so.

sounds like that 24 hour bug all the doctor will do is say wait it out, drink plenty of fluids and try to eat healthy food e.g stuff which can get digested easily . dont worry that will only make you worse

take advil as soon as you can hold it down to relieve your stomach and eat toast with creamcheese and slices of strawberry/bannanas for today and tomorrow.
