Hair no, am bad at hairdos and I have no patience for it
And make-up probably not, I think the problem of covering the beard would be beyond my knowledge.

Yes definately. Why not, it is not hurting anyone is it? I know a straight cross dresser and have seen him dressed up. He looks fab.
