we are married for 22 yrs. this year but we are no longer living together my husband get angry with me when i went to his office and fight with her gf there at the office..... that"s the start of our mis undertanding, fighting, and bad mouthing with each other everyday. after yrs. passed my husband told me that he will file an annulment. can i file also?

After 22 years, I would hope you would have consumated your relationship. As in had sex. So neither you or him can file for an annullment. But you can file for divorce. I would wait for him to do it, so he will pay the costs.

you'll have to file for a divorce im afraid your 22 years late for a annullment because after you had sex you can't have it annulled thats common sence the judge would laugh claiming no sex that long
