Slaves. I would have to say that this is BY FAR the worst "product" ever exchanged anywhere and at any time. Also, slaves during this time were not always black. They could have been Native Americans, other white people (defeated in battles), or any person who did not have the power to defend themselves.

Slaves were not only transported to the Americas by way of Europe, but also from the Americas _to_ Europe. This was especially popular among the Spanish Conquestidors, who would capture the "natives" and take them back to Spain.

Tobacco. The first Europeans to reach the Americas noticed the natives smoking tobacco. In time Tobacco became the biggest export from the Americas and smoking caught on in Europe

Tabacco was originally used by American Indians for ceremonial and religious purposes. But the europeans adopted it as a daily habit and the addiction stick on.

gold. it caused massive inflation throughout europe and was indirectly responsible for the destruction of the aztecs.
