Okay.. so my friend said that he likes me, and he's been really nice to me since sophomore year. Although I still haven't told him if i feel the same or not as him, he said that he's willing to wait.. and he has been really sweet all this time. However, recently, a friend of his has been telling me that he says things to her that makes her uncomfortable.. like wanting to make out with her and stuff. He claims that he's just fooling around when she told him to stop, but I don't know. You see, he used to like her before, but he decided to go for me instead. I don't know whats going on... Can someone tell me what's going on in his head?

Maybe I'm not fully understanding your story, but it doesn't sound to me like you guys were an item to start with. If you've told him you don't know how you feel and he's still waiting on you, it would seem to me that he has a right to check out other girls.

That being said, I wouldn't be too fond of a guy who "jokes" about making out - there's usually a lot of truth behind a joke, and that would rub me the wrong way.

That man is no player, sounds like hes got no game actually...seems like your taking to long and hes getting a little fraustrated you need to decide wether you want him or not instead of jerking him around

This is simple. He's being disrespectful to your friend. Under no circumstance is it acceptable to joke about wanting to make-out with someone, especially one they've asked you to stop.

He's not a nice person and you don't need someone like this in your life.

This isn't about cheating. It's about being immature and a cretin.

Sweetheart let me tell you-- No guy is serious about women until about age 24 or older. A young guy will tell you anything to get in your pants. That includes "I love you" Why be faithful when yuong girls fall for every line you give them?

He wants his cake and the ability to eat it too.

He's what is known as a "player."

Don't take this to another level. In fact, you might become less available to him.
