first you have to buy the game then activate your account by going to www.worldofwarcraft.com. then click on the account tab on the left side. then create an account with the account # or CD key they gave you when you got the game. then start a payment method IE game card/monthly charges to a MC/visa/ etc. then you install the game and get that patches. then choose a realm. and there you go.
