As a professor (with tenure I might add) I can assure that there is no shortage of funds available to the the speech impaired. By the way, your term "mimes" is considered a disparaging title. They can hear, you know.
You must remember that "mimes", as you so rudely call them, have had enormous difficulty in voicing their concerns
All of us within the teaching profession have lobbied very hard, and with great success, to maximize the number of speech challenged individuals in our schools. Our Union is steadfast in supporting, and having the State pay for as many as possible.
We firmly believe that with as many "quite people" in our classes, the disruption will be less and our jobs will be considerably easier.
We are working hard to get government funding for more visually impaired also.
Limiting class size is of course very important for our students to receive a quality education. Hence, we are the leading wave of teaching professionals promoting the admittance of physically handicapped persons. It is our understanding that they move so slowly, that by the time they finally get to class, it will be over.
But I do laud your concern, and interest.

i'm sorry no one recollects mimes. they are basically stressful and that they have no perspective for something yet mime. there is not any the place to flow. a minimum of with appearing you are able to attempt for bigger greater valuable productions or perhaps action picture and tv. Sorry, confident you wasted your skills, and a mime grew to become into wasted and not the sturdy form of wasted.

Question: if a tree falls in a forest and nobody is around to hear it, and it falls on a mime, does anyone care?
