Because they outsource that process to another company. They are expecting the other company to provide people to provide telemarketers to bring in business at the cheapest cost possible. Hmmm... So we have telemarketer groups out of other countries selling products to the USA.

U KNOW Johnny Walker U R SOOOOOO RIGHT! Drives me crazy! I really dont get it! And how come if I call a company I press 1 for english and never get a person who can speak or understand english! But press 2 for spanish and how come they always speak spanish? Oh makes me want a drink! This is one of my biggest pet peeves!!!
